What are my payment options for Fastac™ ?
The payment options are 50% deposit and 50% on delivery, or leasing through one of Fastac™ ’s (or your own) leasing partners. Fastac™ is also distributed through many sign suppliers and distributors and payment terms will be up to them.

What are my shipping options?
Shipping arrangements can be made through Fastac™ at an approximate cost of $1.75 per mile in the U.S., or through common carrier at purchaser’s expense.
What is the material capacity of Fastac™?
•Aluminum to aluminum: max .080 back with .063 sidewall
.063 back with .040 - .063 is ideal
•Lexan to aluminum: max 3/16” Lexan back with .063 sidewall aluminum
The machine will fasten 2 pieces of .090 sheets of Aluminum if needed, but not recommended for volume production.
What kind of staples does Fastac™ use, and where do I purchase them?
Staples can be purchased through Fastac™ or your local Senco distributor, or ask your sign supply company. (product#: 1/2” Senco SKS N08BABN)
Do I need to assemble Fastac™ ?
No! Fastac™ comes pre-assembled. Just clear a space for it in your shop and you're ready to go!
What are the power requirements for Fastac™ ?
Standard 120 volt outlet to accommodate the 3 amps needed for Fastac™ .
How much space is required for Fastac™ ?
Fastac™ has a 60" table, so give yourself enough room to walk around the table. It is approximately 6'-5" high.
After my payment is received, how long will it take to ship my Fastac™ ?
4-6 weeks until your product is shipped. Shipping time will vary depending on selected method and region.
Is special training required to use Fastac™ ?
No, Fastac™ is easy to use and just takes a little practice to get up and running.
What is the significance of the UL approved fastener method?
If you are a UL certified sign shop you cannot assemble channel letters with a fastener method that has not been approved by UL. Fastac™ is a UL approved method of assembly.
Do I need any additional special equipment to use Fastac™ ?
You will need a standard air compressor (minimum size of 4.6 CFM at 90 PSI). Visit Grainger.com or your local hardware store.
